Promotions and discounts

Can I buy a gift card with a discount?No, promotions or discounts are not applicable when purchasing Sephora gift cards.
Do I earn loyalty points when purchasing a gift card?Gift cards do not earn MySephora points at the time of purchase. However, when you redeem a gift card in-store or online, you will earn loyalty points toward our beautiful perks.
What are the purchasing limits for gift cards? • In-store: You can purchase up to £1,000 worth of gift cards in a single transaction – your faves are waiting.
• Online: You can purchase up to £1,000 worth of e-gift cards in one online transaction – ready, set, glow.
When is my gift card or e-gift card activated? • Physical gift cards: Are activated upon purchase at the cash desk in-store – beauty dreams unlocked.
• E-gift cards: Are activated within 24 hours of purchase - get your wish list ready in the meantime.
What should I know about e-gift card delivery? • If you choose the printable PDF option for e-gift cards, there will be a security check delay of approx 3 hours then you’re good to glow.
• E-gift cards are typically activated within 24 hours of purchase. We see a haul in your future.

How long is a gift card valid for?Gift cards expire 12 months from the purchase date, you’ve got 365 days to explore our beauty playgrounds.
How do I redeem my gift card in-store or online? You can use your gift card for one or multiple payments. For each purchase in store, or online at sephora.co.uk or using the Sephora online app. You can use up to five gift cards for a maximum amount of £1,000. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase further gift cards. If your gift card does not fully cover the amount of your purchase, you can complete your payment with another payment method accepted by Sephora. Sephora e-gift cards cannot be redeemed in our stores, but we are working on it!
How can I check the balance of my gift card? You can check your gift card balance by either:
• Visiting one of our stores with your gift card. (As if you needed another reason.)
• Checking your balance with our Customer Care team https://www.sephora.co.uk/help/article.php?id=207521079-Contact-us
For e-gift cards, you can check your balance online at www.sephora.co.uk/myaccount/ordersummary.
Step by Step using your gift card online 1. confirm basket
2. select payment method
3. enter the number on the back of the gift card (13 digits)
4. After scratching the grey area, enter the PIN code in the filed provided (4 digits)

Can I buy a gift card with a discount?No promotions or discounts are applicable when purchasing Sephora gift cards.
Do I earn loyalty points when I buy a gift cardGift cards don't qualify for loyalty point on purchase. When you are redeeming a gift card instore or online you will receive loyalty points
What happens if I want a refund? Gift cards are not refundable
If you return any products purchased instore with a gift card, we will reimburse you with a gift card.
If you return any products purchased online with a gift card, we will reimburse you with an e gift card, redeemable online only.
What do I do if my gift card is lost, damaged, or stolen?Gift cards are not name specific. In the event of loss, theft, damage or expiration, no change, exchange, or reimbursement will be offered. No validity date extension will be offered once expired, even if the card has not been used in full.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions Sephora UK gift cards are physical cards that can be purchased in Sephora shops that can be redeemed in Sephora shops in the UK or on the Sephora.co.uk website or app, as part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply). Sephora UK gift cards cannot be redeemed on any other Sephora websites in other countries.
Sephora UK e-gift cards can only be purchased online at www.sephora.co.uk and are delivered by email or can be printed and can only be redeemed online at www.sephora.co.uk as part of full payment for goods (exclusion apply). E-gift cards cannot be redeemed on any other Sephora websites in other countries or in any Sephora shops including those in the UK.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be replaced, or exchanged for a new gift card or for physical gift cards or cash.
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be ordered online with values of £20, £50 and £100.
A gift card or e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given in cash.
Where goods purchased with a gift card or e-gift card are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to an e-gift card.
Any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases of goods provided the card has not expired.
Exclusions apply - you cannot use gift cards or e-gift cards to purchase other gift cards.
No promotion or discount can apply upon the purchase of Sephora gift cards or e-gift cards.
Loyalty points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards or e-gift cards. Loyalty points are earned on redemption.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
